Introduction

Our prices are largely unchanged from the 2025 season: now aligned with the prices we charged in the 2014/5 season, taking CPI inflation into account (source: Bank of England online inflation calculator).

These prices were published on 8 October 2025, and have been reviewed again in March 2026. We have amended the low season (A2) price for weeks in November and December 2026. This is due to the expected increase in gas and electric prices after July.

We will continue to provide late deals on weeks that are not booked throughout 2026, so do check norburycottage.co.uk/offers frequently for any ‘last minute’ discounted offers.

We will then request you to read the Booking Conditions of Hire and fill in the booking form with all the details required from you.

Weekly bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday.

Cottage Rental Prices

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: In compliance with our holiday agent (Holiday Cottages – Travel Chapter) letting agreement, we are required to advertise our tariffs with the 20% VAT added. To be clear, we do not charge VAT. Norbury Cottage is not VAT registered. Therefore, when you book direct through ourselves (‘Norbury Cottage’), you will not be charged the 20% VAT. Also, we do not charge a booking fee.

Note that any dates marked in black are not available in order to enable us to carry out planned major maintenance and improvement works.
