IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: In compliance with the holiday agent (Holiday Cottages – Travel Chapter) letting agreement, Norbury Cottage is required to advertise tariffs with the 20% VAT added. To be clear, VAT is not charged. Norbury Cottage is not VAT registered. When you book direct through this website (‘Norbury Cottage’), you will not be charged the 20% VAT. Also, a booking fee is not charged.
Note that any dates marked in black are not available in order to enable planned maintenance and improvement works to be carried out.

Please note to comply with the holiday agent letting agreement rules, and prices advertised here are matching their advertised prices with VAT included.
- 3 nights @ 75% of weekly rate (£516.60* mid season (C2), £485.10* mid season (C1), £453.60* lower mid season (B2), £446.40* lower mid season (B1), £390.60* low season(A))
- or, 4 nights @ 82.5% of weekly rate (£568.26* mid season (C2), £533.61* mid season (C1), £498.96* lower mid season (B2), £471.24* lower mid season (B1), £429.66* low season(A))
- or, 5 nights @ 90% of weekly rate (£619.92* mid season (C2), £582.12* mid season (C1), £544.32* lower mid season (B2), £514.08* lower mid season (B1), £468.72* low season(A))

Weeks coloured blue or green – short breaks can be booked anytime.
Weeks coloured purple – short breaks can be booked when less than 6 weeks prior to start date, except Easter.
Weeks coloured orange or violet – short breaks not usually available, except Christmas/New Year (but use enquiry form).
Weeks coloured red – short breaks not available – sorry!
